I am so glad I got to meet with Dylan. There has been so much technology put into these vehicles since I purchased my last BMW in 2011. Dylan was knowledgeable on all aspects of the x3 and was patient, personable and enthused that I wanted to know how to get the most from my vehicle. He is a great asset to your team.
